Due to her dedicated service to humanity, Dr. Nakubulwa has won different awards including the Golden Jubilee medal (Civilians) of Uganda from the President of Uganda on account of having been part of the Soroti Regional Referral Hospital team that operated on the co-joined twins case in 2021.
